We understand that when your Commercial Intercom System is down, you need service in a hurry. We are often able to provide same-day emergency intercom service in the GTA if needed, or next-day service if your call is after hours or late in the day, or is not a pressing emergency.

We service all types of intercom systems, from multi-tenant apartment buildings to commercial, institutional and industrial properties, as well as for private residences.

We service all brands of intercoms, including NuTone, Aiphone, Mircom Mirtone, Kocom, Ring, Hampton Bay, and Skybell. We are an authorized dealer for these brands and many others, and if parts are still available, we can quickly source the components needed to get your intercom back on-line.

Service Rates

A basic Commercial Intercom Service Call includes up to 2 hours of our technician’s time. Most issues can be resolved within that timeframe. If required, additional hours will be billed. Please call us for current service rates.

Once on site, our technician will perform a full assessment, and will advise you of any additional costs, if applicable.

If the unit is not repairable, we will provide a credit towards the purchase of a new intercom unit.

Service Area

We provide Intercom service in the Greater Toronto Area/GTA, which includes Toronto, North York, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Woodbridge, Vaughan, York, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Markham, Scarborough, East York and Pickering. We also provide services as far as Oshawa, Oakville, Milton, Caledon and Newmarket, a modest travel surcharge will apply. We can also provide emergency service outside this area if required, please call us to confirm availability and cost.

In order to provide the fastest service possible, it would be helpful if you could tell us about the system – first, we need to know and what exactly is going wrong. Next, we’ll need to know how many units, whether it is a hard-wired or phone-based system, and the brand and age of the system, if known. Take a couple of pictures of the unit with your cell phone, they might be very helpful.
