Service Rates

A basic Commercial Security Camera Service Call costs $250, and includes up to 2 hours of our technician’s time. Most issues can be resolved within that timeframe. If required, additional hours will be billed at $80/hr.

Once on site, our technician will perform a full assessment, and will advise you of any additional costs, if applicable.

If you decide to not proceed with the repair, or if we find that the system is not repairable, then a minimum charge of $160 will apply.

Service Area

We provide Security Camera service in the Greater Toronto Area/GTA, which includes Toronto, North York, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Woodbridge, Vaughan, York, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Markham, Scarborough, East York and Pickering. We also provide services as far as Oshawa, Oakville, Milton, Caledon and Newmarket, a modest travel surcharge might apply. We can also provide service outside this area if required, please call us to confirm availability and cost.
